I recently purchased this facial kit and followed the instructions provided in the description. However, I noticed a few issues that are quite disappointing. The description clearly mentions a Glow Boosting Toner as Step 4, but the product image and the item I received both mention "ke liye" instead, which makes no sense and is clearly a labeling error.
To make things worse, instead of a toner, I received a cleanser, which is completely different and does not fit in with the step-by-step facial routine provided. This creates confusion and disrupts the skincare process.
I expected better quality control and accurate product labeling. Kindly look into this issue and ensure that customers receive exactly what is described.
