Ingredients:

Ingredients for Hair Color Cream: Di water, cetearyl alcohol/palmerol 6850 Pastille, ammonium lauryl sulfate/empicol al30/fl3, ammonium hydroxide, cetyl alcohol/palmerol 1698, peg-2 oleamine/ rhodameen 02, oleyl alcohol/hd ocenol 80/85v, pentasodium pentetate, sodium cetearyl sulfate/lanette e granules, fragrance, ammonium thiolactate, sodium metabisulfite, oleth-30/genapol u 300 0025, p-phenylenediamine, resorcinol, propylene glycol m-aminophenol. 2-hydroxyethyl paraphenylenediamine sulfate, 2,4-diaminophenoxyethanol hcl, virgin olive oil, avocado oil. Myosolysed keratin. Ingredients for Developer: Cetostearyl alcohol oxyethylene, trideceth-2 carboxamide mea glycerin, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, sodium stannate, pentasodium pentetate, hydrogen peroxide, phosphoric acid, fragrance. Ingredients for Conditioner: Cetearyl alcohol, myristyl. Lactate, behentrimonium chloride, amodimethicone, chlorhexidine, citric acid monohydrate, phenoxetol, hydroxypropyltrimonium hydrolyzed protein, fragrance.

Directions:

Mixing: Transfer Golden Pearl Natural Hair Color Black - Hair Color Cream and Developer in equal proportion in a plastic or glass container. Mix well with the help of a hair coloring brush, to form a homogeneous paste. Apply immediately. Application: To prevent staining hands and clothes, use gloves and cover your shoulder area with a towel or gown. Apply the mixture to the washed and completely dried hair with the help of a brush on areas you want to color, evenly to the length and tips of your hair. Spread the leftover mixture on the rest of the hair. Apply to the roots strand by strand and leave it for 30 minutes. Dispose of the leftover mixture, carefully. After 30 minutes, wet hair a little and gently lather for 1 minute. Wash your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Apply Hello Hair - Hair Color post-color conditioner on your hair and massage gently for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Caution & Warning:

• In case you experience stinging, irritation, rash or burning sensation on the scalp during application, rinse immediately and discontinue use.
• In case you feel shortness of breath, seek immediate medical attention. Before using it again, consult a doctor.
• It should not be used for coloring the eyelashes/eyebrows as it may cause blindness. Rinse eyes immediately with water if it comes into contact with eyes.

Do not use hair color if your scalp has any cuts/abrasions or some other skin condition.

Safety Instructions:

• Read the instruction leaflet carefully and follow the instructions.
• This product contains ingredients which may cause eye irritation and eye injury. Rinse eyes immediately and thoroughly with water if the product comes into contact with them. Remove contact lenses before washing, in case you are wearing them.

* A proper parcel opening video (from the opening of the parcel until the end, clearly showing all products) is mandatory for all claims.
* Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition.
* Claims without video proof or reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Return & Replacement Policy

We at Golden Pearl Cosmetics understand the importance of Returns & Replacements when it comes to shopping online. But, in order to avoid fraudulent activities, following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer:

Returns & replacement policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered.

Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery date via call, Phone: 111-909-090, WhatsApp 03095531553 or Email: csr@goldenpearl.com.pk Any claim raised after 24 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.

Claimed item must not be unsealed / opened / used and should stay in its original packaging & condition.

Replacement will only be issued against claims that are posted back to our warehouse in 7 days of delivery date. Once the return is received and analyzed by quality assurance team, replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.

The items being returned are customers’ responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so should be properly packed to avoid delivery damages.

Replacement of same product & shade will be preferred. A different product or shade is not encouraged for replacement – please report the case in detail to Customer Service team for any possibility.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving damaged, or missing items; or

Shipping Policy

Delivery Time:

Our delivery time nationwide is 3-5 working days, after the order has been confirmed via call or WhatsApp. The delivery time of all orders is subject to change depending on weather and public safety conditions.

Tracking the Order:

Once the order is dispatched & out for delivery, customers will receive a text message from our partner courier company with the details of the tracking number. Customers can track their order after 12 hours once the order has been dispatched, by entering their tracking number in courier’s portal. Riders are advised to contact customers at the time of delivery, so customers are requested to be available on the contact number they have provided in shipping details.

Shipping Charges:
