Affiliate Marketing Program: Terms & Conditions
This Agreement sets forth the terms, rights, and obligations between Golden Pearl Cosmetics ("the Company") and the participating affiliate ("the Affiliate")[cite: 1]. By accepting participation in the program, the Affiliate agrees to comply with the policies outlined below[cite: 1].
1. Promotional Material & Product Seeding
PR Gifting Kit: Upon onboarding, the Company will provide the Affiliate with a curated product basket valued at PKR 4,000 completely free of charge[cite: 1].
Intended Use: This package is intended strictly for content creation, product reviews, and promotional demonstrations across the Affiliate's personal and social media channels[cite: 1]. It is non-transferable and may not be resold[cite: 1].
2. Discount Codes & Voucher Structure
Code Issuance: Each Affiliate will receive three (3) unique, tiered discount promo codes[cite: 1].
Distribution: Unique promotional codes will be delivered privately to the Affiliate’s registered WhatsApp[cite: 1]. Public sharing of unassigned codes is strictly prohibited[cite: 1].
Usage: The Affiliate may deploy these codes across approved social channels to incentivize audience conversions[cite: 1].
3. Commission Structure & Calculation
Base Margin: The Affiliate is eligible for a baseline margin allocation of 20% on the gross product sale value generated via their assigned codes (excluding shipping and taxes)[cite: 1].
Commission Formula: Payouts are calculated dynamically based on the specific discount tier redeemed by the customer[cite: 1]:
Net Commission Rate (%) = Base Margin (20%) - Customer Discount Percentage (%)
- Example A: If a customer redeems a 5% discount code, the Affiliate earns 15% net commission (20% - 5% = 15%)[cite: 1].
- Example B: If a customer redeems a 0% / standard referral code, the Affiliate earns 20% net commission[cite: 1].
Returned, cancelled, or refunded orders will be deducted from the qualifying commission pool[cite: 1].
4. Payout Schedule & Settlements
Disbursement Cycle: Commissions are tallied and processed on a fortnightly (bi-weekly) schedule[cite: 1].
Payment Method: Approved commissions will be transferred directly to the Affiliate’s verified JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, Raast, or Bank account submitted during registration[cite: 1].
Reporting: A summary of orders, applied discount tiers, and calculated commissions will be shared prior to each payout cycle[cite: 1].
5. Program Communication & Community
Official Channel: A dedicated, closed WhatsApp group managed by Golden Pearl will serve as the primary hub for administrative updates, campaign announcements, inventory notices, and promotional guidance[cite: 1].
Participation: All active Affiliates are required to join and monitor this channel to remain informed on operational adjustments[cite: 1].
Conduct: Group communication must remain professional and relevant to brand marketing activities[cite: 1].
