 Returns & replacement policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered.

 Claims must be raised within 12 hours of delivery date via call, i.e. (042) 35142073. Any claim raised after 12 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.

 Claimed item must not be unsealed / opened / used and should stay in its original packaging & condition.
