Natural Remedies to Attain a Spotless Skin

  1. Fermented Rice Water Face Mist

Required Ingredients          

  • 1 cup of organic rice
  • 1 cup of distilled water


  • Add rice in a bowl and rinse them until water runs clear.
  • Put rinsed rice and 1 cup of distilled water together in a jar.
  • Cover them with a lid and let sit for 12-24 hours.
  • Strain the rice water into a spray bottle.

            Note: Keep the prepared face mist in the refrigerator.


Use the prepared fermented rice water as a face mist every day, in the morning after you take shower and right before you go to bed. 

2. Honey 

For Spotless skin treatment, honey is an effective beauty ingredient for your skin. Honey contains vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants – called flavonoids, which can give you clear and spotless skin. Honey has emollient properties to clean pores, gently exfoliate, lightens scars, deeply moisturize and add natural glow to your skin.

Required Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. raw honey


After washing and pat drying your face, apply a thin layer of honey all over your face and neck. Let it sit for almost 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry. You can apply it once or twice a week for glowing and spotless skin.

3. Aloe Vera and Turmeric

Turmeric is a natural antiseptic and therapeutic agent, widely used to add natural glow, it treats acne breakouts, and has skin lightening properties that can help in reducing dark spots and blemishes for a spotless skin.

Whereas, aloe vera delivers moisture straight to your skin, reduces infection and makes it look healthy and supple.

Required Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. fresh aloe vera gel
  • 2 pinches of turmeric


Mix aloe vera gel with a pinch of turmeric to make a thick paste.           


Apply the paste all over your face. Wait for five minutes until it becomes dry. Rinse your face with cold water and pat dry. You can follow this remedy daily.

4. Tea Tree Oil

  • 2-3 drops of tea tree oil
  • 10-12 drops of a carrier oil. It can be of your choice as coconut oil, olive oil, or almond oil.


  • For diluting tea tree oil, mix 2-3 drops of it with 10-12 drops of a carrier oil of your own choice.


Apply the diluted tea tree oil to the acne affected area & dark spots twice a day as part of your morning and evening skin care routine, for a spotless skin.

5. Oatmeal and Yogurt Face Pack

  • 2 tbsp. of oats
  • 2 tbsp. of fresh yogurt


  • Grind oats in a fine powder.
  • Mix yogurt with finely grounded oats to make a thick paste.


Apply the face pack all over your face and neck. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Gently massage your face for 5 minutes, using fingertips only. Rinse your face with lukewarm water. Using this face pack twice a week gives you a spotless skin.

6. Green Tea Ice Cubes

Green tea has polyphenols and six different types of catechins that are powerful antioxidants and work effectively for preventing and treating acne, damage caused by UV rays, blemishes and other skin disorders.

Required Ingredients

  • 1 green tea bag
  • A cup of hot water


  • Brew a fresh green tea bag in hot water by steeping for a few minutes.
  • Now, remove the tea bag and let it cool down.
  • Pour the prepared green tea into the ice tray and freeze it.


Rub the green tea ice cube gently all over your face, once every day. After letting it dry naturally, rinse your face with plain water and pat dry.
